Cairo Walking Group Beta

Yes, this time it would be a mid-range walk that shouldn’t take more than couple of hours. Starting from Tahrir Sq. at “9:00”am. The walk will not be long enough to start earlier and weather forcast shows a relatively cooler tempreture for Friday. Let’s enjoy that.

The walk will start at Tahrir sq. in front of KFC Tahrir sq. (Not KFC AUC) at 9:00am. We will walk through Monira, Manyal, and Giza mostly by the Nile. Then we will conclude our visit at Giza Zoo, for those who wish to visit the zoo.

When the first “Cairo Walk” Was announced. I haven’t expected the responses I have received. Few minutes after sending my first email, I have received lots of inquiries and suggestions.

I have never thought of this to be a regular activity. A responsibility that I wouldn’t have accepted if it was given to me. Now we have at least 2 walks per month. Our number is increasing! Now we are having our website...
